I read Cheapo 1-Day Tour: Tsukiji-Asakusa-Akihabara and 1-Day Tour Asakusa-Ginza-Tokyo Station Area recomended tours. However, these recommendations seemed to be for warmer days. Are these recommended during winter? We will be in Tokyo between 1-8 January 2017. Thank you.
There’s no reason why you can’t do these itineraries in winter, you just have to dress appropriately. Most winter days (with a few exceptions) in Tokyo are clear, sunny and dry. The temperature today was 13 degrees Celsius, which shouldn’t be shocking unless you’re coming from the tropics.
