I hear we can’t use our mobility scooter in Japan. In that case if we fly in to Narita with it can it be delivered to our cruise ship in Yokohama or a hotel nearby? Thought maybe with our baggage delivery service…

Unfortunately, it’s just likely to be much more expensive travelling with a mobility scooter.
You will likely have to arrange what’s called a 介護タクシー ,(kaigo Taxi) from airports and train stations
Unfortunately I can’t find any English options but if you search for 介護タクシー and use Google translate, you should be able to figure out the basics
