We arrive at Narita Airport late, stay close by overnight then travel to Kyoto for two days, then to Tokyo for three days, then back to Narita Airport. A short trip as a stopover on our way to Thailand. I have tried to see which JR pass could meet our needs but remain confused. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

If you have in mind buying a Japan Rail Pass, you have to know that it will only pay off if you’re going to travel on long-distance trips.
