Hi! I will live in Tokyo for 3 months (30.08-27.11.2019). And I would like to know where I can buy a cheap bike since I will live near Kanemecho station and work on a research at the University of Science in Shinyuku. I saw the article about it but is some years old already and the links aren’t much help because everything is in Japanese and I can’t understand it. Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance!
