I wanted to know how reliable are the reservations and ticket purchases from Voyagin? I want to book our show tickets for the Robot Restaurant, Maricar and Zauo restaurant reservations as the prices are really really good. Has anyone used Voyagin and have had problems with their tickets/reservations?

We are leaning towards the Shinagawa long route at night, we really want to drive over the rainbow bridge at night. Plus we are staying in Shinagawa and it is the most convenient location for us.
