I will go to Tokyo / Kyoto in September and I’d love to try some wild fugu. Last time I was in Tokyo I had a grown one by accident cause I didn’t know it was out of season at that moment. From what I’ve read restaurants in Tokyo will not serve wild fugu from April to September, so I was wondering if that is also true in Shimonoseki (TokyoCheapo called it the Pufferfish Capital of the world)?
Also someone maybe knows whats the best way to get there from Tokyo?
