I want to purchase PASMO Passport card upon our arrival at Narita. I will need to go to the basement level for purchase. Can I just bring down our passports for the purchase or does the entire family need to go down to this level physically to show their face, etc.
It will probably be fine. However, if you’re going to catch the train into Tokyo, you’ll all have to go down to the basement level anyway. Narita airport is pretty easy to get around though, even with lots of luggage, so even if you all have to go down to the basement level it won’t delay your departure by very much.
