Osamu Tomita Ramen

Hello,

I have been doing a ton of research and I was unable to locate a clear answer; does Chef Osamu Tomita have any ramen restaurants outside of Matsudo? If not I know you have to buy tickets at 7:00 AM for a seating time, does anyone know what time I will need to arrive prior to 7:00 AM in order to ensure a seat for the day?
