For sashimi, the area around Tsukiji might be a good place to look A lot of sushi places also have sashimi sets. What kind of dessert are you after? Sashimi is pretty traditional so any sashimi place is likely to have traditional bean based desserts if any. Usually you’d go somewhere else for dessert. Do you like crepes? If so, Harajuku is the place to go.
