Narita to Ueno return trip on keisei skyliner

Hi there

I was planning to get a round trip ticket for the keisei skyliner from narita airport. I just noticed on their website it says that I cannot exchange my ticket voucher for the return trip to narita (my understanding of it anyway). Has anyone else come across this?

The notice states that they would provide a Ticket Exchange Voucher to the return trip.
e-tickets can be purchased from the following page using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
