Hi, anyone purchased the Keisei skyliner ticket from KLOOK before?
Klook offer only S$25+ while the airport selling S$31+.

Now I am not an expert. I am just doing research like you for my May trip. Right now Klook is $20 usd for the one way ticket and the Keissi site has it for 2,250 yen ($20.71 usd). I know Klook is a major player and can be trusted. The reviews are good. You can also purchase it directly from the train company for less than one dollar more but you will be paying in yen. If your credit card company changes foreign fees there will be that fee on top. Don’t know if that helps.
