I will be in Japan midmonth of March and I was looking at your Mt. Fuji trip. If the JR Wide pass covers the trip, is the amount stated on the itinerary an extra or the regular cost of the trip if we do not have a JR Wide pass???
Assuming you mean the part of the journey to Kawaguchiko station that is on the Fujikyuko Railway. If you’re using any kind of JR pass, you have to pay extra. If you’re not on a pass, you just buy a single ticket at Shinjuku Station that covers the JR East portion and the Fujikyuko portion.
