Mode Off looks a very interesting place - the type of shop where, even if you don’t go specifically looking for something, you probably walk out with some purchases.

Quick question: Book Off is virtually all second-hand books. Is the clothing at Mode Off also second-hand?

Yes, Mode off is second hand.

In my opinion, the best named “off” store in the series is “Hard Off”
