Manga Cafe for Non-Smokers - Warning

Hi,

I was staying in the Manga Cafe Manboo in Shinjuku, (〒160-0022 Tokyo, Shinjuku City, Shinjuku, 3 Chome−32−10 B1･B2F 松井ビル).

There I ordered a non-smoker room, but the room they gave me was in the same hall as the smoker rooms. So you could smell the smoke everywhere anyways.

Heads up for those who hate smoking, like me, make sure that there are no smokers in the same hall either. I would recommend a capsule hotel anytime.

yeah tobacco still unfortunately quite common indoors in various places. hopefully, with the Olympics, they will make it more stricter for restaurants and cafes
