Luggage Storage with shower facilities

I have researched Manga Cafes and apps like Ecbo, but my question is for places outside of this.

My question is:

I want to know a place with luggage storage, shower facilities and a place to eat (seating area) Here’s the hard part haha, that’s outside of Manga Cafes, hotels and hostels etc.

If such places exist
