Luggage Storage and Large lockers at Narita Airport

Hi,

For some of us who are in transit in Narita airport, we intend to just bring along a small bag for our 4 days stay in Tokyo. Is there anywhere at the airport that we can keep our luggage (28") instead of dragging it all over the places?

If so, please advise how to reach there and the applicable fees.
