JAL ABC at Narita: Picking Up Luggage After Domestic Flight Before International Flight

I will take a domestic flight from Itami Airport in Osaka to Narita Airport, after which I will take an international flight back to the U.S.

I plan to ship 1-2 checked bags from Osaka to Narita Airport in advance through JAL ABC, whose pick-up counter is on the Departures Floor (4F) in Narita.

After my ITM > NRT flight, can I exit the terminal to pick up my luggage from JAL ABC, then check my luggage for my international flight?
