We are operating the shared house “El Dorado” which celebrates the 32nd anniversary of its establishment at Tama-Plaza. The inexpensive and clean shared house is located in a quiet residential area, the residents are foreigners (North Americans, European, and Asian countries) and the Japanese are sharing the house in a friendly atmosphere. For this reason, many renters are staying long and more than 60% of them have been staying more than one year. One of the distinctions is that former renters have a high rate of coming back again.
