Hi all, just a public service announcement here to avoid getting a Mobal SIM card at all costs. I bought a 30 day SIM card and I cannot express just how disappointing it is - painfully slow and not at all reliable. Even worse, they don’t have a phone number that they can be contacted at, just an email address - and surprise, surprise, they’re totally unresponsive. Avoid at all costs!
Poor support and administration, couldn’t connect frequently, impractical for navigation or emergency travel needs. They eventually refunded my payment after I pushed tediously for them to review actual activity.
