Best way to transfer direct yen to foreign multi currency bank

Hi everyone.
Facing a dilemma on how to transfer direct japanese yen from my Japan bank account to my multi currency bank account in Msia. I have checked out transferwise but it doesn’t provide transfer of japanese yen to japanese yen…
Is this unusual to do transfer without converting it to your home currency?
Is it not doable? :’(

I doubt that you will find a local bank that will allow you to transfer JPY directly overseas.
Best to convert first to any foreign currency like USD and then transfer to your overseas multi currency bank account.

I usually write an instruction in the wire transfer remittance form instructing my Indian bank to not convert yen to rupee and open a jpy deposit instead. Hope you too find such an option!
